Once a week, on Saturday morning at 9am UK time, a welcome session is organized. Usually, every other Saturday, the session is in French,  but this can vary. Keep up to date with the dates by checking the website, our facebook page or instagram.
For March 2021, the english sessions are held on:

20 March and 27 March

You will have the opportunity to:

  • ask any questions you may have
  • to be taught the basics of breath work
  • get to know the useful scientific, anatomical and psychological information
  • know the contraindications
  • do a complete breath work session
  • exchange and share after the session

The session lasts approximately one hour and takes place on the Zoom platform.

There is no need to bring technical equipment or download any app, the link will be sent to you via the email you used to register a few minutes before the session. You'll just have to click on it to access the room.

To be well prepared:

  • provide a comfortable chair or a place to lie down
  • have a warm blanket or plaid next to you, and one or two small pillows to put on your head and/or under your knees if you need to spare your back
  • bring a bottle of water, tea or herbal tea
  • have a light breakfast, it is better to work on an empty stomach.
